CNC Machine Operator

Aerotek is currently seeking qualified candidates for the CNC Machine operating positions. Candidates will either be operating Turret Press or Brake Press machines and will be expected to set up, change the settings, edit, offset, adjust, and operate the machines. They will not responsible for doing any programming; all programming is done externally. Candidates need to have a high mechanical aptitude.

For the CNC Brake Press candidates will need to enter offsets for hits, set up the machine, and adjust it as needed. Measuring pieces of metal that will be bent at specific measurements.

For the CNC Turret Press candidates will be responsible for adjusting, operating, and holding position of the machine. On the turret machines they will be punching out imprints for the pieces of the heating encasing that are put into schools. Primarily working on one machine and making sure the pieces are punched according to measurements.
