*Self performs and completes construction related tasks such as framing, drywall, finishing, painting, doors, frames, hardware etc.
*Interacts with construction director project managers, construction foreman, and secretary to facilitate completion of various tasks assigned.
*Provides material takeoffs as required for completion of each task assigned. *Implementation and enforcement of safe practices
*Understanding of electrical design and practices as they apply to general construction
*Execution and completion of required paperwork
*Basic hand and power tools

*Must be comfortable for working both independently and in a team environment.
