A successful Manager, Digital Analytics with have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in advertising or related field, and 4+ years of digital and/or television data analytics and/or research experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to multi-task and execute under aggressive timelines.
  • Must be detail-oriented.Excellent communication, organizational, leadership and project management skills.
  • Experience and/or familiarity working with digital, programmatic and set-top box data is a must.
  • Understanding of new media, social media, TV Everywhere, over the top programming and digital convergence.
  • Thrive in a start-up environment and be ready to hit the ground running.

The Manager, Digital Analytics will play a critical role in leveraging digital and OTT data to drive new business, build agency data relationships, and optimize reporting.  This person will report to the GM, Digital & Advanced TV within DISH Media Sales, set the data strategies and lead the Digital Measurement & Analytics team.  He/she must fully understand digital measurement products and capabilities as well as set-top box data to compare and/or for convergence. Analyses and research for new measurement technology and further growth within OTT, digital, and advanced TV space will be required. 

 

Responsibilities include building a research team to acquire new and secure existing digital, OTT and Advanced TV clients.  This person will analyze data to provide; campaign results to clients, optimization plans, storytelling through results and identify further trends.  Additionally, this person may accompany sales executives on client meetings and calls.

 

Responsibilities and job duties fall into the following categories:

  • Build a strong, talented data team.Create data strategies, develop processes and manage the digital measurement team consisting of Sling TV and DISH Anywhere.
  • Work alongside DISH data providers on producing post-campaign reporting for OTT, digital and cross-platform Addressable TV campaigns.
  • Provide key findings and trending information within campaigns and deliver results to DISH Media Sales teams and present to advertisers.
  • Seek new revenue-generating data opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sling TV and digital engineering teams on measurement product integration and development.
  • Develop relationships with agency data counterparts and brand data specialists to leverage DISH’s data capabilities. Prepare research presentations and case studies on Sling TV, Dish Anywhere, and Advanced TV to help secure new business.
