Description

We are looking for a customer service oriented Business Analyst /Application Support Specialist to provide technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner.  You will be considered as the organizations front line and you will solve basic technical support, add/edit/change security access, research and investigate application problems and provide support for all assigned areas.  You will also provide support on technical projects such as: software upgrades, mapping drives and shared folders, connectivity and other technical efforts.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of PC, Word, Excel, PowerPoint are required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze technical issues
  • Ability to assist with technical projects
  • Ability to prioritize projects and tasks
  • Ability to translate technical information into non-technical terms
  • Ability to lead and be led
  • Operations experience
  • Project experience a plus, but not required
  • Ability to adapt to change and help drive improvements

 Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Experience in providing customer support
  • Strong technical skills: desktop support, servers, drives, folders, connectivity
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Flexible schedule:  projects may be implemented on a weekend or issues at end of day
  • Detail Oriented:  documentation, traceability, audits, procedures, events

Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:

  •  GED
  • A+ (a plus, but not required)

Hours & Work Schedule

Hours per Week:  40, weekends as needed

Work Schedule:  Monday - Friday 8-5
