Summary
The Inside Sales Account Manager - Enterprise is responsible for producing new sales from an assigned Enterprise account base, introducing Level 3's suite of Enterprise products and services to exceed revenue and sales targets.

Knowledge, Skills or Abilities
  • Telecommunications industry experience preferred including working knowledge of business customer applications in IP, data and voice services
  • Previous professional call center experience highly desirable.
  • Successful experience in account management role supporting small to mid-size business customers
  • Exceptional business acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills - ability to facilitate issue resolution
  • Energetic, positive, and customer-friendly attitude
  • Aptitude to work in rapidly changing environment - desire to adapt to changing work requirements and multi-task
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and acts with integrity at all times.
  • Must be accountable and demonstrate a high level of concern for work output.

    Essential Duties
  • Must be able to formulate solutions and present products and solutions persuasively and effectively while linking benefits to the client’s business objectives and needs.
  • Proactively qualifies prospects and customers by understanding business profile, buying process, requirements and timeline expectations.
  • Responsible for producing new sales from prospects and current Enterprise customers via telephone and other methods. Must have a sense of urgency and respond to inquiries within established timeframes.
  • Successful performance must be clearly demonstrated by achievement of monthly quota

    High School Diploma or GED

  • Experience:  2+ yrs
  • Education Level:  Bachelor's Degree
  • Field Of Study:  Business Administration
  • Attention to detail with good organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize with good time management skills.
