Maintenance Technician

Aerotek is currently seeking electro-mechanical maintenance technicians for the Knoxville, TN area. Pay will be between $16 and $22/hr.

Responsible for troubleshooting and repair of industrial machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. Working with high voltage electricity (480 volts), motor controls, control panels, robots, and 3 phase wiring. Mechanical abilities must include experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and working with various machine shop equipment including lathes, mills, drills, and surface grinders. Experience welding is a huge plus.

Top Skills:
* Ability to troubleshoot PLC's, ladder logic experience is a plus.
* Ability to troubleshoot Hydraulic and Pneumatic Equipment.
* Ability to troubleshoot 3-phase electrical components.
* Welding and machine tool experience is a plus.
* Facility's and General Maintenance experience is a plus.

Minimum Requirements:
1). High school diploma or GED required.
4). 1-3 years experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
5). Flexibility to work 12 hour shifts where required.
6). Willing to submit to a drug test.
7). Willing to submit to a background check.
