Aerotek is hiring for a Document Specialist Processor position for a mortgage company in Fishers, IN. The ideal candidate will have experience working with mortgage documents and know the difference between origination and servicing documents. This position will be working closely with various departments to file and index various documents from applications and servicing documents to route to correct departments.
Shift: M-F 8am-5pm.
The position will include:
- Work with internal and external loan transfer coordinators to manage all documents.
- Manage and track media shipments containing images related to bulk loan transfers.
- Work with IT in the management of uploading bulk images into programs.

Preferred Experience
- 2+ years working in mortgage processing
- 2+ years working with Excel and Office.
- Strong communication skills.
