The product owner is an experienced member of the Product Management organization focusing on strategic initiatives and application integration.  This will occur through direct feedback from the customer base, industry leaders, prospects, competition, market drivers, etc. They will proactively analyze business case information to build higher quality products and work with Optum360 leadership to streamline the product life cycle process to ensure the most rapid innovation possible. 
 
We are looking for a highly collaborative team player and innovative revenue cycle thought leader passionate about directly contributing to the future of Optum360’s product offerings. This person must possess a strong understanding of the revenue cycle as well workflow and billing integration process.  
 
Primary Responsibilities:

Facilitate and help lead application integration between the Optum360 billing applications and the Optum360 workflow and reporting tools
Facilitate and help lead application integration between third party applications and the Optum360 workflow and reporting tools
Work closely with project / account managers on customer-specific initiatives that involve integrations between our product and one or more external systems
Analyze customer data & integration specifications and provide gap analysis
Communicate with customers to clarify data flow requirements
Provide customers or internal teams with support on integration questions. Act as expert during pre-sales processes involving integrations and professional services
Create documentation for future reference, training and support purposes
Work independently to coordinate and solve complex technical data communication and transformation issues
Design, test and implement integration workflows
Troubleshoot technical issues related to data transformation and flow
 

Required Qualifications:

3+ years working with technology specifically on integrating systems, possibly as a workflow consultant, business analyst, systems analyst or developer
Strong customer-facing communication experience
Strong Problem Solving / Analysis
Experience with workflow tools, billing scrubbers and other revenue cycle applications
