Primary Responsibilities:


Lead large, complex enterprise-wide, technology projects to achieve key business objectives
Manage up to multi-million dollar project budget
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Direct cross-functional and / or cross-segment teams
Predict emerging customer needs and develops innovative solutions to meet them
Participate in the development of business strategy
Develop and manages business plans to achieve objectives
Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
Influence senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and / or approaches
Projects will have segment-wide impact
Predict emerging customer needs and develop innovative solutions to meet them
Participates in the development of business strategy
Develops and manages business plans to achieve objectives

Requirements

 Required Qualifications:
 


4+ years of Project Management experience in a large enterprise environment
4+ years of technical experience in one or more aspects of Information Systems Development or Business / Information Systems
2+ years of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Project Management experience
1+ years of experience working in an Agile environment
Experience in budget tracking ($400K+) and complex cost budget analysis
2+ years of C-level interface and presentation experience
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
Professional PM methodology trained
Intermediate proficiency with MS Project and SharePoint
Very strong understanding of distributed technologies & architecture
Ability to drive brainstorming sessions and facilitate technical conversations to solve problems
Strong analytical, problem-solving and financial analysis skills
2+ years of Healthcare industry experience 
Exposure to multiple PM methodologies
Process implementation & re-engineering
