Qualifications

Job Summary

Provide and create a customer experience that exceeds expectations and builds loyalty through positive public relations while preserving safety and order among guests and protecting the property. Check identification of guests to verify minimum age requirement is met. Prevent alcoholic beverages from leaving property. Secure the front door entrance area. Monitor and maintain building safety, fire codes, and the safety of guests and employees. Assist with emergency procedures, including evacuating guests. Produce detailed report documentation of all incidents relating to the property, guests, and employees. Uphold cash handling policies and procedures. Comply with and promote compliance with alcohol awareness laws. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the property. Adhere to the grooming guidelines of the property.

Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures. Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries. Complete safety training and certifications. Display clean and professional uniform and personal appearance. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards. Anticipate and address guests' service needs. Assist individuals with disabilities. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Adhere to quality expectations and standards. Identify and distinguish colors. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladder. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight.
