Communicates with appropriate parties issues, implications and decisions. Analyzes and identifies trends for appeals and grievances. This includes daily communication with senior level positions including RNs, social workers (BSW/MSW), dentists, chiropractors, physical therapists, etc.  Primary Responsibilities:Extensive work experience within own function.Work is frequently completed without established procedures.Works independently.May act as a resource for others. May coordinate others activities.Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED Must be able to work 7:00 am - 4:00 pm MST or 6:00 am - 3:00 pm PST1+ year of experience working with Microsoft Office and PDF conversion1+ year of Customer Service experienceData entry experience entering large volumes of data into software systemsMust live in Central, Mountain or Pacific Time ZonesPreferred Qualifications:Some College (or higher)Healthcare Claims experience Experience with Appeals and GrievancesKnowledge of ICD-10/CPT coding Experience working in a Telecommute/Virtual environment Careers with UnitedHealthcare.
