Maintenance Technician - Full-time / Part-time

Candidates will be be performing pm's, troubleshooting machines both mechanically and electrically. They will need to replace different parts including sensors, motors and tooling. They will be coordinating with other team members during shift changeover to see what needs to be done, with production members to troubleshoot machines and maintenance leader to get the next hottest work order.

They will need to check out machines when they get on shift for processes. Each tech will wear a radio to be able to talk to other personal. PM's are done on a weekly and monthly schedule. When they need to replace a part will need to go into parts inventory and get the part by themselves. Once a work order is complete will need to input into computer system. All machines are automated and have assembly machines and injection mold machines.

Shift is 3rd shift s-th 11p-7a OT on fri and double time saturday. 40-65 hours. They get 30 min paid lunch and breaks are very leinant as well as there not abused. Must be open to overtime and Saturdays.

This facility has about 100 employees spread across 3 shifts. It is loud but very bright and extra clean (could eat off the floor). It is also climate controlled. It is very organized and everything and area is labeled. They go by 5S standards. They have a communication board with different things pertaining to safety, training, wellness and birthdays. They also have a security system in the building and outside of it. They have 9 brand new toshiba electric molding machines that are 140 tons, 4 small boy machines, and 5 assembly machines.

They have a nice break room with vending machines, microwave and fridge. They have lockers. The maintenance room is nice and organized and it is where you store your toolbox.
