Nick's Bar & Grill is hiring Bartenders!

Bartender Position Summary:

Part time or Full time. The responsibilities of the bartender include connecting with the customer and creating an exceptional experience and a high level of integrity, honesty and respect. Mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to the restaurant's specifications and serving both drinks and food to customers in a courteous and timely manner.

Bartender Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional guest services in the bar area, including:  Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks for guests at the bar and in our restaurant.
• Provide friendly and attentive service
• Help guests be aware of and choose menu items, taking orders and create a great guest experience every step of the way
• Presents guest checks to bar patrons. Makes correct change and/or completes any necessary charge card transactions
• Keep the bar area clean & stocked
• Adhering to restaurant expectations, rules and regulations for serving alcoholic beverages.

Bartender Requirements:

• Ability to attain state licensure / certifications as required
• Ability to operate appropriate bar equipment such as; blenders and frozen drink equipment
• Standing during full shift
• Transports glass racks and other bar supplies/ materials which may weigh up to 25 pounds during the shift
• Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required
