Primary Responsibilities:

Work with business to understand the issues and resolve them with technical or functional solutions
Respond to production issues within SLA and resolve the issues
Communicate with stakeholders on regular basis with status reports
Drive team to achieve common goal
Analyze complex problem with various available tools and design effective and efficient solutions
Work closely with core development team to prevent leaked defects

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in Java/.Net technology
2+ years of experience working in production support capacity
2+ years of experience working in Onsite-offshore model team structure
2+ years of experience in project lead capacity
Preferred Qualifications:

Health care experience
ITIL certifications
Knowledge on DevOps practice
Strong verbal/written communication skills
