Bring along your passion and do your life's best work.(sm) Responsible for the daily support of the sales function to minimize the administrative work of the medical and ancillary sales team. Responsibilities include analyzing and reporting competitive sales data, communicating product and pricing data, managing the operational logistics of sales meetings and activities. Works closely with sales and other functional leaders to develop and maintain the operational infrastructure supporting sales recruiting, training and onboarding, troubleshooting order processing issues and producer requests, and sales-related information systems and procedures.Primary Responsibilities:Responsible for the daily support of new business sales teams, including ordering and maintaining sales materials, assisting with the creation of open enrollment, creating temporary ID cards, and assisting AEs in meeting sales objectives.Create and customize broker presentations for AEs.Pull benefit summaries/forms for brokers.New and renewal case installation.Manage Reward Account assignments in internal platforms. Reporting as needed for Leadership.Process Agent of Record requests and troubleshoot commission issues.Process new broker contracting.Works with Sales & Account Management in fulfilling a liaison role between the health plan and virtual operations teams and offering local sales support.Analyzing and reporting sales data, communicating changes to sales plans, providing knowledge about customers and competitors, communicating pricing data.Offer support related to major initiatives and miscellaneous projects in health plan.Provide customer touch points.Handle Broker walk-in/drop off cases, including checks.Triage/route escalated issues.Coordinate and track broker bonus programs, including reporting with modeling tool.Build and sustain positive relationships with brokers/consultants through direct and indirect communication.Ability to multi-task.Additional responsibilities will be added as needed

High School Diploma / GED or higherMicrosoft PowerPoint experience (ability to create and edit decks)             Microsoft Excel experience (ability to pivot tables, v look ups, creating, editing, filtering, sorting, reporting)            Preferred Qualifications:
AdobePro experience         Sales support experience            Healthcare industry experience            Working knowledge of Prime and solaris systems             Careers at UnitedHealthcare Employer & Individual.
