Respected Transportation Company in search of a tenured Operations Manager with Transportation and Dispatch experience servicing an established grocery distributor in Plant City, Florida.
Position Responsibilities, Requirements & Benefits Include:
- Responsible for Leading a Regional Fleet with a Dedicated Account
- Transportation Background with Truckload Experience
- Demonstrate ability to effectively interface with a large Customer
- Minimum of ten years Transportation Experience
- Experience Managing Operational Metrics to Established Goals
- Dispatch, Route, and Scheduling Experience in Fast Paced Environments
- Knowledgeable of TMW Direct Route or Routing Software a plus
- Must be Computer Literate and Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Safety Experience as well as D.O.T knowledge a must
- Must be an Experienced, Self-Starting Professional
