Must have previous Commercial Insurance Experience.
Must have experience within Processing and Coverage. Must have Applied TAM.
Must have P&C License
Must be proficient within the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Job Description:
Provide superior customer service to assigned commercial accounts-via email, phone.
Resolve problems regarding billing, policy issuance, and certificate issuance.
Process change requests via carrier websites, and update policy file-follow up through completion
Maintain accuracy of client policies, computer client files, and applications
Perform policy checking to ensure proper coverage
Follow up on open activities
