This NEW Customer Service opportunity is looking to start ASAP: You will be the first person in this exciting role!! Job Description is below.

- Provides first level of technical phone support and troubleshooting for customers. Accurately and consistently documents customer phone activity in call center database. Contact and dispatching of Technical Service Representatives or third-party field service representatives.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication of site issues; effectively communicate each issue and resolution plan; follow through with routine updates for all involved.
- Responsible for monitoring equipment remotely, using a variety of monitoring tools such as cameras, touchscreens, and other proprietary software
- Collects data in various forms; communicates trends and recommends solutions to internal personnel and select customers.
- Ensures spare parts and consumables are ordered proactively for preventative maintenance of remote sites and keeps everyone informed of shipment status.



HOURS:
- MUST work:
-> Every Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

- OPTIONS for other 12-16 hours (to total 36-40 hours for the week)
1) Friday, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
2) Monday, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
3) Monday and Friday, 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM
