Expense Analyst

~Expense Analyst Needed~

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide information and assist in budget preparation as needed
• Compile, analyze and report on key information for significant spend including project budgets, consulting, prepaid agreements and software and hardware purchases
• Assist with preparation and submissions of purchase orders for technology invoice processing
• Review and prepare accounting accruals, reclassification entries, and other adjusting journal entries and schedules for month-end close process
• Ensure a consistent approach

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 2-5 years financial analyst or management accounting experience
• Spreadsheet experience with graphs, charts, filters, pivot-tables, conditional formatting, macros to review and analyze data as well as produce reports
