Customer Service Rep - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is seeking call center representatives for a large company in Reno.

Call center reps will be contacting health care facilities across the country through telephone setting on-site appointments for our scan techs to copy paper or electronic medical records, complying with HIPPA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) ensuring the right to privacy for patients records,requesting the facility to provide copies by mail or fax for auditing under Federal Government Rules and Regulations and logging all call transactions into the designated computer software system.

Best candidates will have at least one year of call center or customer service experience.

This position can start 3/15/2017!
