We currently have an immediate part time opening with the potential to become full time depending on availability and performance in Anthem, AZ.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

Provide one-on one non-medical care to clients in the comfort of their home or place of residence. Follow the client’s plan of care which may include the items listed below:

Assist with activities of daily living such as dressing, grooming, bathing, and incontinence care. Assist with transfers and ambulation.

Provide companionship, conversation and mental simulation. Encourage exercise, hydration, and medication reminders. Observe, document and report changes in client’s condition

Must be willing and able to provide care for both male and female clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 6 months caregiving experience is preferred. Prior experience with Hoyer lift preferred. Prior experience with catheter care also preferred but not required. (Our Synergy office is willing to provide training to qualified applicants).

Current CPR/and First Aid Certifications preferred before applying (our office can assist you with this requirement)

Must have current TB test results within the (last 12 months) or Chest x-ray negative results that are current within the last 2 years.

Must have valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for transportation

Ability to pass a national criminal background check
