Summary

Inside Sales Representative

Are you a driven sales person with a background in customer service and inside sales? Our Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for presenting both new and current product promotions to customers representing a world class consumer retail product company. This individual will possess a proven track record in preparing documentation, data reporting, ensuring proper recording using Excel as well as our internal CRM’s to meet key performance indicators. Additionally, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, meeting client oriented targets, and achieving outlined goals on a monthly, quarterly and/or annual basis. We are looking for motivated individuals to generate both sales leads as well as to develop and maintain lasting relationships with customers on behalf of our clients. Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming calls and assist retailers with product promotions and sales initiatives
  • Utilize appropriate sales materials and data to deliver fact based solutions to customers
  • Receive and expedite all new business calls from retailers
  • Meet or exceed clients’ goals for sales, distribution, and promotional volume by working with all related departments for assigned customer
  • Assist Inside Sales Manager in achieving Key Performance Indicators by ensuring all marketing and sales strategies are implemented
  • Make outbound calls per Client requirements
  • Ensure incremental sales through promotion of new products and maintenance of existing SKU’s
  • Achieve incremental growth by pursuing volume-producing merchandising at assigned customer account
  • Provide monthly business updates
  • Work with Inside Sales Manager to identify process/system enhancement for tracking, call efficiency, reporting, and any other identified improvement areas

  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to change and alter according to changes in projects or business environment
  • Strong Excel skills and attentiveness to details.
