AQL Inspection

Manufactures gift cards , access cards, and credit cards.

AQL Inspector Level I
1. Reads and interprets the shop floor router and workmanship manual as well as applicable specifications.
2. Uses the information on the Proof to determine elements to be inspected for.
3. Performs AQL inspection as outlined in the Workmanship Manual.
4. Utilizes a caliper to check specifications and tolerances as necessary.
5. Sorts out nonconforming product into colored boxes for identification.
6. Notes any nonconformity on the Finishing Ticket.
7. Applies an operator number stamp and happy face stamp on the front of all conforming sleeves.
8. Maintains a clean and orderly work environment.
9. Logs time properly in the ERP system.
