In this role, you will:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers and injured workers, delivering excellent customer service.
Answer inbound phone calls, identify and resolve caller needs, and provide information.
Maintain accurate and useful database records.
*** Several different shifts available***
9:30am-6:30pm
10:00am-7:00pm
11:00 am-7:00pm
Noon-8:00pm
1:00pm-9:00pm
***Will train 9:30am-6:30pm***

Requirements
High school diploma required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience (including heavy contact with the public) required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and online databases.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening, communication, and customer service skills
