VP Client Services – Experiential

206Agency is a Seattle-based branding and experiential marketing agency and a business unit of Advantage Solutions. 206 creates meaningful consumer experiences that integrate across all media. We’re looking to add a VP Client Services who is a collaborative, resourceful, fast-thinking, multi-tasking machine to our cabal of the same. You’ll be responsible for business revenue, and will oversee an account team in building client relationships, as well as actively leading agency new business efforts. This role manages a large team, including Account Directors as their direct reports. 206Agency is a fast-paced, creative environment peppered with some of the biggest of international and regional brand clients. We aim for the highest level of strategic output, flawless execution, and always have a lot of fun doing it!

Responsibilities
  • Business and team leadership
  • Actively engaged with team on client strategy and relationship development, for high-level impact
  • Business development strategy and implementation
  • Strategize and drive formal client program reviews
  • Oversee management of staff priorities, workload balancing, employee recognition and routine staff professional development


Qualifications
  • 10+ years in an agency setting, preferably experiential
  • 5+ years managing P&L, budgeting and forecasting and managing client expectations either personally or through a team
  • Proven client relationship builder
  • People person, adept at making emotional connections, both internally and externally
  • Highly organized
  • Understands the value of maintaining a healthy, productive and fun agency culture
