Associate Business Analyst - M&R Ops - Telecommute

Create, enhance, and maintain budget or financial planning models, surveys, benchmarks. Evaluate, interpret and analyze data and business process and analyze / monitor new, routine and ad hoc reports. Provide support when compiling and reporting information and assume responsibility for data integrity among various internal groups and / or between internal and external sources. Support short term operational activities.
 
Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct and manage outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning
Support short and long term operational / strategic business activities - by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models
Develop and implement effective / strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes
Create, control and improve end - to - end business processes
Lead process design and support project implementation teams in process improvement activities
Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools
Create quality assessments, provide analysis and audits for developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using applicable tools
Ability to multitask and use time management skills via daily assignments and / or multiple projects simultaneously
Work cross - functionally across the organization

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or High School diploma / GED with equivalent experience will be considered
1+ year of experience in business / finance analysis collecting, analyzing, and presenting data and recommendations to management
1+ year of specific experience documenting processes and practices, using accepted project methodology artifacts, while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks, priorities, projects, and deadlines
1+ years of project management that demonstrates problem solving, organizational, analytical and communicaction skills
Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:

MS Access, SharePoint and Visio experience
Enrollment and reconciliation experience
Functional knowledge of Medicare
Experience working in healthcare
