Schedule is 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Compensation range is $40,000 to $70,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Test new mold designs
• Work with customers on design changes
• Track, manage, organize multiple new design and process improvement projects
• Make sure projects complete on time
• Keep management and customers updated on project progress
• Get approval on key decisions

Education / Experience / Skills:

• 5 years of experience in a product technician or engineering role including successfully moving projects forward
• Experience working with plastic injection molding equipment is required
• Strong technical skills
• Able to effectively communicate technical issues verbally and in writing
• Good analytical skills, able to diagnose causes of problems
• Enjoy collaborating with co-workers
• Organized, able to handle multiple projects in a fast paced environment
• Successful at meeting challenging deadlines
• Adaptable and resourceful
• Strong commitment to quality
