About the Opportunity 

As the Senior Manager of B2B Activation and Usage, you are passionate, analytical, creative, results-driven, and a natural born problem solver. You’re a collaborator, working closely with Product Marketing and Product Management to conceptualize and execute activation and usage campaign strategies targeting opportunities with compelling messages. You have proven experience utilizing digital-first channels to drive adoption and usage, but are also familiar with offline tactics.

You will be responsible for\:

•Leading a team to define and execute create digital-first strategies to increase activation and usage among new SMB clients

•Building and fostering strong relationships between clients and Pitney Bowes during the early stages of a client’s journey
•Creating, implementing, and maintaining programs that increase customer usage through the use of marketing automation with the ultimate goal of converting trial to paying customers
•Briefing and managing agency partners to conceptualize, develop and execute campaigns
•Collaborating with the Digital Marketing and Marketing Automation teams to develop and optimize campaign assets
•Performing in-depth analysis into customer journey performance to yield key insights and optimize performance
•Managing relationships with internal business clients. Serving as a point of contact on campaigns and reporting on results and next steps for continued improvement

Qualification:

Qualifications


•4-6 years of experience in a marketing leadership role with a focus on customer activation
•Experience building customer journeys and/or lifecycle management programs
•Experience onboarding SaaS-based solutions
•Experience working in a matrixed organization
•Demonstration of critical thinking capabilities, exceptionally analytical and quantitative; an ability to turn data into recommendations
•Strong business partnering experience across multiple departments; ability to successfully collaborate cross-functionally to achieve company goals
