Make solid recommendations based on the analysis and provide explanations for reporting results for both internal operations and our customers. You must be self - directed and creative as you will deal with some very interesting and complex issues. As a key resource to others you must maintain a high degree of accuracy along with attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to always meet deadlines.
Primary Responsibilities:
Report designing , programming, maintaining and publishing HRA operational and STARS reports
Coordinate, develop, implement and evaluate departmental data integrity control for CMS & STARS measures and operations
Provide detailed data analytical support and quality reporting to departmental teams and management
Confer with support staff to understand and document data sources, characteristics and limitations of information they provide; help prepare and clearly present findings to departmental leaders for process optimization and quality assurance
Create, and utilize existing process design documents as required; to include data flow diagrams, process flow diagrams, quality programs and other documents
Assist in testing reports for quality outcomes
Partners with corporate IT to analyze and remediate data issues
Assist in testing software releases impacting HRA database
Maintain quality assurance tracking and reporting
Manage multiple priorities at the same time

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years Business Analytics and Data Analytics experience including reporting and analysis experience
Intermediate to advanced experience developing reports using SQL Server or Oracle technologies
Experience in data mapping / ETL - Data Stage (pref) / SQL server
Must have the interpersonal skills and business acumen to work directly with clients on key initiatives
Intermediate to advanced MS Excel
Prior telecommuter (work from home office)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting clients in an IT operations environment
STARS experience
Data Stage experience
Managed care experience
Medicare experience Â
Experience with enrollment data
