Graphic Designer

A large retail company near La Mirada is seeking a Graphics Designer. The company’s in-house advertising department seeks a creative graphic designer to assist the marketing director for on-going print and web-based advertising campaigns. The department also provides support to business development and corporate communications. The position requires attention to detail, ability to create new and distinct print and web advertising layouts as well as advertising scheduling.
 
The ideal candidate will have their BA degree and be well-rounded in both creative and business arenas. This individual will be responsible for developing graphics and visual images for product illustrations, logos, and the company website. 
 
To be eligible for the Graphic Designer must meet all the following requirements:

• BS in Graphic Design or Marketing required
• Min. of 3 years as a graphic designer in both print and online media in retail industry
• Experience working in groups and independently
• Must have knowledge of typography, color, and production
• Project management experience is a plus
• Must be proficient in Adobe In-design, Photoshop, and
• Ability to implement creative concepts in original fashion
• Capable of working on short deadlines and multiple projects

Pay:                 $19.00

Schedule:        8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, M-F
