Providence is calling a Registered Nurse - Home Health (1.0 FTE) to Providence Home Health for our Mount Angel / North Salem coverage area.
This is a full-time position with benefits available.
In this position, you will:
* Provide quality care to patients in their homes under the direction of a physician.
* Be responsible for assessing the needs of the patient including safety concerns and coordinate Home Health Services to reflect the philosophy and standards of the agency.
Mt. Angel Mt Angel
Required qualifications for this position include:
* Current, unencumbered Oregon registered nurse (RN) license
* Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider Certification
* Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
* Driving record consistent with Safe Driving Policy 330 Incident Point Matrix at time of hire
* 2 years of experience in acute care setting
* In Compliance with the Department of Human Services (DHS), a criminal background check is required for this position
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
* 2 years of experience in home health or public health nursing
