A local medical consulting company is looking for a bilingual Registered Nurse for their business. In this role you will be gathering medical data from and providing medical information back to employees of businesses who are working with our client.
In your role you are helping larger corporations support their employees by being a valuable resource to their employees by helping them find quality health care and providing much needed support to the employees to help them understand all of their health care options.
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Enjoyment of helping people better understand the field of medicine
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Able to listen and comfortable on the phone with clients
Responsibilities:
- Be a consistent point of contact that can help patients navigate the medical system
- Work internally with the research staff to recommend multiple and appropriate physicians near where the client may live
- Assist the client in their understanding of the types of physician specialties
- Provide excellent customer service to help calm and educate the patients
All candidates must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
