Research and Design Engineer - $50,000 to $60,000 Based on Experience
PrideStaff is search for a Research and Design Engineer for their Akron client who is an international leader in the tire machine building industry. PrideStaff's client is seeking an experienced Engineering candidate with 5 years of experience in heavy machine design to be part of their Research and Development group. This position does not require a Mechanical Engineering degree.

PrideStaff's client is seeking an experienced Engineering candidate with 5 years of experience in heavy machine design to be part of their Research and Development group. This position does not require a Mechanical Engineering degree.
Job Requirements:
- 5 years minimum experience in heavy machinery design
- Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology or relevant experience is required
- SolidWorks experience
- Experience in tire industry preferred, but not mandatory
- Knowledge of electrical control systems a plus
- Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics a plus
