Leasing and Marketing - Apartments - Full-time / Part-time

Great opportunity available with  awesome companies in the Birmingham areas!

$11- $13/hr depending on experience

Monday-Friday; will rotate weekends (Only 6 hours Saturday, 4 Hours on Sunday) Hours will vary depending on company

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors, handle incoming phone calls; make follow up phone calls
• Handle the sales process for apartment leasing (determine needs, show apartments, discuss options, close on leases, complete paperwork)
• Move prospects towards closing of lease; coordinate move-in process
• Will handle outreach marketing for apartment community being re-vitalized/renovated
• Will also handle some administrative work.

REQUIREMENTS - gotta have 'em!

• HIGH ENERGY LEVEL is a must!
• Previous experience in sales or marketing implementation
• A PLUS if you have previous apartment leasing experience
• Be very presentable & approachable
• Professional in dress and demeanor
• Have excellent phone skills
• Possess solid basic computer skills - able to listen & learn
• Ability to walk around property - showing units
• Must be willing to take initiative!
