Staffing Manager schedules home care for senior clients. Position can be part-time or full-time. Position is salaried, administrative / managerial, with benefits.
Responsibilities include assigning client jobs to staff, matching employee skills and availability with client schedules and care needs, managing schedule and relationships with families and senior clients. Manager role.
Position is on-site in Elk Grove Village. Office hours are Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5pm OR Monday – Friday 10am to 6:30pm. Background managing staff and experience with customer service is desired. Prior experience with retail, restaurant or other customer service employer is a plus. Affinity for seniors and their care and dignity is a requirement – i.e., family care giver.
Drug screening and background checks are required. Please provide resume, salary history and 4 professional references.
Work with team of experienced, competent professionals to help seniors!
