Home Instead Senior Care is the world's trusted source of non-medical home care and companionship services for seniors. For our Rockland County office, based in West Nyack, we are seeking a Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator to recruit,hire and train CAREGivers to work one-on-one with seniors in their homes.  If you find joy in making a difference and helping others develop and be successful, this could be the position for you!

Requirements:
  • Training/teaching experience a must!
  • HR experience helpful
  • Experience with or knowledge of the aging process
  • Patient, good-humored and a “people person”
  • Pleasant telephone manner and great communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a very fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills, experience with record-keeping
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Computer skills – experience inputting information and working with databases
  • Desire to serve seniors and their families in a respectful, responsible manner
  • A criminal background check, drug check and Motor Vehicles review will be performed
  
This position is full-time, M-F and requires participation in our evening and weekend on-call phone rotation.
