Position:  On Call Supervisor

Reports to:  Director of Operations

 

Mission Statement: Enhancing the lives of aging adults and their families.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Establishes strong relationships with external and internal customers to ensure the highest level of customer-service and operational excellence.
  • Responds to all phone calls within 20 minutes, including re-staffing client shifts; handling
  • emergencies with clients and/or caregivers; prioritizing responses to calls received; and answering any client and/or caregiver questions or concerns.
  • Documents all phone calls (including any communication with Back-up Supervisor) with date and time, who called, phone number, issue, action, follow-up, and # of minutes it took to handle phone call.
  • Provides accurate, thorough, and timely On Call Reports that are sent by required time each business morning.
  • Ensures conformity to company-defined regulations and operating procedures.
  • Contacts Backup On Call Supervisor when uncertain about regulations, operating procedures, or questions/concerns.
  • Contacts Registered Nurse if there is any question/concern related to a Personal Care client, Plan of Care, or any other medically-related question or concern.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Weekday Requirements:

  • Review Email On Call Report by 5pm each weekday
  • Email detailed On Call Report by 8am following the evening on call

 

Weekend Requirements:

  • Review Email On Call Report by 5pm Friday
  • Email detailed On Call Report by 8am Monday morning
