Team Member

Requirements:

Must fill out a Greater Scapes Application in its entirety

Must abide by and follow the Greater Scapes Team Member Guidebook

Must maintain a valid Driver's License

Must follow Greater Scapes weight lifting/moving policy

Able to work Monday-Friday and Saturday as needed

Able to lead and teach in a team environment along with taking initiative

Able to converse in a friendly/understanding manner with clients/potential clients

Able to discern and be flexible with jobsite needs

Able to maintain notes per jobsite

Able to pass random drug screens

Able to keep up with all Greater Scapes training of jobsite instruction and installations

Able to operate and maintain all Greater Scapes Maintenance Department Equipment

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the Team Member (TM) are as follows but not limited to the following.  The TM will communicate on a regular basis with their Supervisor about the status of the Hardscape, Landscape and/or Maintenance Departments.  The primary responsibility of the TM is to be the hands and feet of the Greater Scapes Team in order to complete the operations of the Hardscape, Landscape and Maintenance Departments in order to achieve the daily and weekly goals.

The TM will be an active participant in the operations process of Greater Scapes.  The TM will communicate and work with their Supervisor on a regular basis.
