Wireless Retail Sales Representative
Compensation: $35,000 - $60,000
Connect Wireless is offering qualified candidates an exciting opportunity to become a valued member of our successful sales team as a Retail Sales Consultant. Position Overview: The Retail Sales Consultant (RSC) must have a passion for sales, technology and customer service. The RSC works closely with other team members to deliver an extraordinary experience to customers by providing them with valuable options for their wireless needs.
Our current full-time Retail Sales Consultants earn typically between $35,000-$45,000 in total compensation when successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.
- Attainment of personal sales targets and metrics.
- Completion of required trainings.
- Executing and enforcing policies and process of Connect Wireless and AT&T.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Strong communication skills.
- Work a minimum 38 hour work week.
- Great attitude and ability to learn.
