Position Summary:

The Store Graphics Specialist is the key liaison for all shared services graphic projects for Burlington corporate and field partners for project creation and execution. Must possess outstanding communications skills and build and maintain strong vendor and in-house marketing relationships to ensure all predetermined project timelines and standards are achieved. Position includes managing the inventory management system for forecasting, production timelines, monthly accruals, budget tracking, PO and invoice creation and payment. Oversees all aspects of graphics projects to include capital projects, shared services and field rollouts/requests (to exclude new stores and remodels). Participate in store visits to ensure vendors are meeting predetermined product quality and installation standards. Manages and maintain all aspects of the OKI in store signing system.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Corporate and Field Store Graphics:

• Manages all shared services graphic projects by working with VP of Graphics/Fixture/Capital, graphics manager, marketing group, all corporate partners, field teams and graphics vendors to fully understand all graphic needs, ordering, production, tracking, delivery and installation.
• Establish strong vendor relationships and communication to help elevate and create new graphic ideas and solutions to current issues.
• Oversee all merchant requested signs through the OKI system.
• Communicate OKI updates other field through electronic communication and SAP (Store Action Planner).
• Oversees all aspects of shared services and field requests graphics projects to include capital projects, replenishment, rollouts and senior management requests (to exclude new stores and full remodels).
• Participate in store visits to ensure vendors are meeting predetermined product quality and installation standards
• Develop overall project timeline, identify milestones for area of responsibility for all graphic deliveries and install
• Track project major milestones to ensure all predetermined timelines are met and communicate to corporate and field partners

Multi-Function Support

• Manages the inventory management system to include forecasting, production timelines, and distribution.
• Review, approve, track and maintain all graphics projects budget under specified supervision
• Oversee the graphics PO system from creation, ordering, tracking, payment and monthly financial accrual computation and submission to finance.
• Approves and input final schedules for Lucernex tracking and reporting and Marketing requests
• Collect all data, photos and summarize document changes of all graphics projects
• Drives PIC initiatives

Scope and Impact:


Key liaison with Burlington corporate (to include all merchandising departments for store product sign creation, marketing, legal, HR, operations, IT and facilities management teams) and field partners for project creation, ordering, tracking and execution. Strong communication needed with the entire vendor community to ensure all predetermined timelines and standards are achieved and all PO’s are processed in a timely and accurate manner. Completely manages the OKI instore signing system by working with the buyers and field for sign creation requests and system management. OKI accuracy is crucial for in-store signing standards and execution.



Education and Qualifications

Education: 2 year degree or equivalent work experience

Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant technical or equivalent work experience.


Skills and Abilities:
• Understanding of store graphic components and installation process
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Photo Shop
• Possess excellent problem solving abilities
• Highly organized and skilled with time management
• Professional attitude and positive work ethic

Physical Requirements
• Must be willing to travel up to 25% of year
• Work on ladders
• Lifting up to 40 pounds
