About this job

We are looking for a Office Clerk who will provide clerical support to a small department in the West Phoenix area.
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Answering and directing incoming calls
Greeting clients and vendors
Filing and retrieving files
Data entry into Microsoft Excel software and company owned software
Processing invoices and billing
Photocopying, scanning and faxing documents
Maintaining and creating Excel spreadsheets
Creating and running daily/weekly reports for the department

Requirements
