About this job
An established medical device manufacturer in Laguna Hills is looking for an Electronic Assembly Technician. This individual must be fluent in English (reading and writing) with experience in a regulated environment per Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Medical Device & Cleanroom experience is preferred, but candidates with advanced skill sets outside of the medical device industry will also be considered. Reliable attendance is a must, as is attention to detail and the ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures.
The hours are weekdays, 8AM to 4:30PM. The pay for the Electronic Technician ranges from $18 to $24 an hour. Senior Electronic Technician’s compensation is open, and based on experience. Once hired by the company after a probationary period, the employee is eligible for excellent benefits, including 100% paid health insurance.
Essential duties include:

- Performing all electrical assemblies per written and drawing instructions (manufacturing procedures)
- Provide feedback on manufacturing procedures (electronics assembly) when changes need to be made
- Ensure Device History Record is completed thoroughly and accurately
- Test and perform maintenance as requested
- Ensure cleaning is performed daily in the manufacturing room
