As a Responsible Sourcing Manager you'll take the lead as you...Partner with Food & Health/Personal Care teams to align on priorities and goals for the divisionLead the development of a more holistic approach to food supply chain oversight in coordination with the Food Social Responsibility team.Collaboratively determine priority business partners and understand near and long term growth plans for the business including business partners and countries of productionFor priority business partners, work to understand their factory matrix and identify the strengths and weaknesses of the factory matrixWork closely with business partners to understand their programs, monitor audit results, and help them improve over timeLeverage overseas team members to help support and drive business partner elevationDefine and implement oversight and elevation programs for Responsible Sourcing to improve supply chain performance, transparency and accountability Review audits results and distill learning's into insights and recommendations for business partners and Sourcing and merchant leaders.Provide regular, proactive updates to Food, Health/Personal Care, and Non-Retail teams on priority business partners and any business partners/factories that are not performing wellWork with RS goal leads to lead relevant RS goal-related efforts within your divisions Develop strategy for US, Europe and Canada to gauge risk across geographies and product types Develop long term oversight strategy for US, Canada, and Europe accounting for any unique differences across geographies and product categoriesDefine the resources (internal and external) needed to provide sufficient oversightConsider and accommodate implications of Responsible Sourcing goal work for US, Canada and Europe supply chainReview and update existing animal welfare policyLead the importer of record work for Responsible SourcingManage issues as they arise with appropriate internal and external partnersRequirementsBachelors Degree3-5 years of experience in labor or human rights field or related work that is relevant to the Responsible Sourcing teamAnalytical experience related to compliance related topicsStrong program management and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to establish strong relationships with cross-functional teams, business partners, and industry organizationsAbility to work independentlyDesired RequirementsRelated experience in food supply chainIf interested, please apply online at https://track.talentbrew.com?jobmediaid=202555&typeid=1
