About this job
Client needs a Finance Manager to support CEO in planning and modeling the business growth they are facing. Need a strong balanced Finance professional who can understand the run rate of their expenses and plot out the various revenue growth plans.
Help identify key trigger for adding staff, understanding growth patterns and ability to deliver on plan to investors. Work closely with accounting team to model the Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, Income Statement and understand the insurance reimbursement rates.
Role is expected to report out variance analysis versus plan, identify options to address negative variances and work with CEO and management team to have a plan that delivers the forecast.
Anticipate that the ideal candidate would have an MBA, but open to other candidates.
