LOOKING FOR: Cable & Wire Harness / Electro-Mechanical Assemblers
1st shift: 6-2:30PM
Company manufactures 100's of different custom wire harnesses and cable assemblies....from the simple to the extremely complex.
Anyone hired for these positions MUST be willing to train and learn new skills.
-A trainer will be coming to the facility to train and certify the team to IPC-620 class III.
looking for is APTITUDE, CABABILITY, and DRIVE
Must Have:
-Able to follow work instructions.
-Efficient, reliable, hands-on and must be able to work independently with little supervision.
-Experience in mechanical assembly in a manufacturing environment.
-Willing to learn new skills and able to follow instructions carefully.
-Must be able to work 70% of a regular shift standing up.
-Experienced on working in a fast-paced environment and can meet time standards.
**PREFER candidates have experience with military or aerospace custom cables and wire harness assemblies.
**experience wiith IPC-620 or IPC-610, (Military standards for Cable and Wire Harness Assembles) OR
J-STD-001 (Military standards for soldering)
**candidates who are able to read technical drawings, blueprints, or schematics (cable wiring schematics is a HUGE PLUS)
