Our culinary management team members are responsible for preparing great food for our guests leading to our great experience at our restaurants. They are natural motivators, capable of maintaining a fun and energetic atmosphere while keeping things moving and running smoothly. They demonstrate a keen attention to detail in delivering outstanding leadership to the team.
- Training and overseeing team members in the execution of our cooking and food prep systems
- Overseeing the execution of a la carte service and private events
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Managing unexpected events and employee issues
