Facilities Maintenance - Full-time / Part-time

Successful candidate will ensure that day-to-day general maintenance and personnel needs in designated areas are met in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities include:
* Electrical and lighting: change light bulbs when necessary and seek direction from lead electrician as required.
* Make minor electrical and plumbing repairs.
* Check Facilities work order data base for work assignments; update information on work status.
* Assist in setting up for conference rooms, offices and other locations for meetings and events
* Make sure assigned areas are inspected daily and ensure areas meet or exceed standards
* Assist in instructing other team members on unfamiliar tasks
* Keep supervisor abreast of roof leaks and other maintenance requirements; make minor repairs as appropriate
* Maintain inventory of all building supplies with help and guidance from supervisor.
* Assist with all furniture and personnel moves as directed.
* Assist with installing, removing, and re-routing cables in ceiling when necessary.
* Report any repair concerns to the Supervisor.
* Perform daily inspection of assigned vehicles.
* Other duties as assigned

FT contract to hire position
