Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

The candidates will be on the phone >90% of the time fielding inbound calls. This will be a lower volume call center with longer call time duration's.

The Call Center Associate will provide voice based customer support to support the patients of our customer. They will interpret and analyze data (ie, EOBs, payer websites, etc.) to ensure end user queries are handled efficiently and adequately within stipulated guidelines and requirements.

Job Responsibilities:
o -Identify and resolve both regular and non-routine problems or escalate to more proficient team members
o -Applies medical billing knowledge to coordinate day-to-day work
o -Knowledge of related regulations and standards
o -Strong understanding of current processes and procedures and may identify opportunities for improvement
o -Resolves more complex situations by applying demonstrated knowledge and skills generally acquired through job experience
o -Analyzes information to select appropriate options from defined alternatives
o -Frequently resolves problems through research of multiple alternatives
o -Applies experience and judgment to make decisions or resolve issues within defined options or standard protocols
