Porter - Full-time / Part-time

Universal Parking of America is now hiring Dealership Porters/Valets for Automotive Dealerships in the area!

Universal Parking of America is a growing company and is seeking customer service focused individuals as a porter/valet for the Service Department at a high volume vehicle dealership. This position will be responsible for parking vehicles once a service adviser has checked in the vehicle. Once the vehicle has completed service, retrieving the newly serviced vehicle and delivering it to the customer.

Key Responsibilities of this position include:

• Amicable customer service while greeting and assisting all guests in a professional manner.
• Preparing the vehicle by placing mats and plastic seat covers to protect the interior of the vehicle. As well as making key tags and repair orders for each vehicle.
• Maintain a sense of urgency to ensure vehicles are swiftly moved from the service lanes to minimize the congestion of vehicles at the Service Drive entrance.
• Monitoring driveways, parking lots, entrances, podiums and all other work areas for trash and debris and maintain a clean work area at all times.
• Operate all vehicles in a safe and cautious manner while driving from service lanes to the service stalls.
• Willingness to work outside during all weather conditions.
• Other duties as maybe assigned by Account Manager, Area Manager or Operations Director.

• Driving/Customer Service experience preferred.
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission (stick shift).
• Must be able to pass background check and MVR check.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Must have clean driving record.
• A Valid state issued Driver’s License.
• Open Availability.
