Car Wash Attendant - Full-time / Part-time

Universal Parking of America is now hiring Dealership Car Wash Attendants for Automotive Dealerships!

Universal Parking of America is a growing company and is seeking a customer service focused individual as a car wash attendant for the Service Wash Department at a high volume vehicle dealership. This position will be responsible for performing daily operational practices at the car was facility. Attendants are to ensure consistency when cleaning and detailing all vehicles.

Key Responsibilities of this position include:

• Preparing the vehicle by vacuuming the inside of vehicle and clean vehicle mirrors, antenna, rims, etc. Pay special attention to cleaning the rims.
• Only use pressure washers and chemicals on approved areas of vehicles. Never attempt if unsure, ask Account Manager.
• Avoid wet spots on vehicle while drying.
• Maintain a safe distance between vehicles while cleaning and detailing.
• Consistently and accurately record the location and status of all vehicles from the time it arrives in the Service Wash Department through departure.
• Check vehicle prior to wash for any existing damages. Report damages if inevitable.
• Never deliver a vehicle to the customer that is not finished or only half completed.
• Ensure all vehicle keys are secured at all times. Never leave vehicle keys inside vehicle unattended.
• Monitoring driveways, parking lots, entrances, podiums and all other work areas for trash and debris and maintain a clean work area at all times.
• Operate all vehicles in a safe and cautious manner while driving.
• Willingness to work outside during all weather conditions.
• Other duties as maybe assigned by Account Manager, Area Manager or Operations Director.

• Driving/Customer Service experience preferred.
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission (stick shift).
• Must be able to pass background check and MVR check.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Must have clean driving record.
• A Valid state issued Driver’s License.
• Open Availability.
